Several years ago, a friend of mine recommended Mary Angela. He told me that Mary had helped him with the purchase and sale of investment properties and his own residences. He also trusted Mary to work with his mother to secure her residence. I am well acquainted with owning real estate. I have several properties in Venice, Italy and in the mountains of Italy as well. However, I was not familiar with the way to purchase property in the U.S. and I wanted to do so. Mary answered my questions and took me step by step through the purchase and sale of one property and then the purchase of a second home. I am often in Venice when the sales are made, but Mary has managed to handle all in my absence. I have made a nice sum from the first property and hope to do the same in the future with the second one. I would not make any real estate decisions in the U.S., without first seeking the council of Mary Angela. Cristina Vitturi Mary Angela has been our "family Realtor" for many years. Mary has counseled our family on buying homes, selling homes and plenty of general and specific real estate questions along the way. Currently, she is helping a family menber with the leasing of a property. Relying on Mary's knowledge and expertise has really helped us. A few years ago, we purchased a home directly from a Builder, using Mary's advice and representation. During the process, Mary emphasized that some homes were not only built better, but would hold their value, or be a "better investment". When we sold that same home recently, again using Mary as our agent, we netted a handsome profit. We have always found Mary Angela to be a person we can trust to help us answer all our questions and she helps and explains all that is going on during the real estate transactions. Tracy Austin Mary Angela was referred to me by a close friend. The first thing Mary wanted to know was what my goals were... what I was trying to accomplish with the purchase of the home. After discussing several options... I decided to refinance an out of state property to lower the payment and loan amount for the home I would purchase in Arizona. The home I ultimately purchased was just perfect for me. It's in a lovely neighborhood where I feel safe (an important factor - since I am a "single woman household"). I still rely on Mary for advice on subcontractors and other home related items. She joined me recently with other friends to celebrate my first Thanksgiving in my new home. I found Mary Angela to be someone with the knowledge I could trust to make my real estate decisions comfortably. Elena Rodriguez When we decided to move from our small Pensylvania community we asked a trusted friend in Arizona if he knew of someone who could help get us started in our Arizona Real Estate search. He recommended Mary Angela. Mary found us a modest property in Chandler. She explained that Chandler was a well planned city with good schools and the taxes would remain low due to the location of Intel and other industries within the city. Our Arizona fortunes took a great upward turn rather quickly so we tasked Mary to find us a home from a "New Home Builder". One Builder Mary recommended was "Standard Pacific" because of the quality, customer service and high resale value. With Mary's help we purchased the new home and Mary marketed and sold the first home for us. We then decided to invest in some condo's, which Mary helped us acquire. Mary wanted us to be "up on" investment strategies and tax codes - so she paid for and attended with us a class in these matters, which helped us greatly. We have since sold our condo's at a tidy profit, again with Mary's help. We have found Mary Angela to be an ongoing resource in any real estate issues we encounter. Leo Gabryel, Tina Gabryel
